For the successful Junior Telesales Executive our client is offering:

• £25,000 per annum
• Days role - 9:00 AM to 17:30 PM Monday to Friday
• Permanent position within a progressive company

The Role - Junior Telesales Executive:

• Processing orders via telephone, fax and email onto a bespoke CRM system.
• Making proactive calls - developing new business.
• Advising customers of available products and offering alternatives that best fit their needs
• Tracking client margin spend.
• Support the retention and growth of the customer base by continually liaising with current customers and prospecting for new customers via own initiative or using our call list system.
• Regularly updating the customer database to ensure that all details are up to date and accurate.
• Market mapping
• General administrative duties.
• Take on any other responsibilities or tasks that are within your skills and abilities whenever reasonably ask
• All training will be provided

What our client is looking for in an Junior Telesales Executive:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales environment- DESIRED
• Excellent communication skills - ESSENTIAL
• Must have a minimum of a B/ High Grade 6 in Maths and English GCSE- ESSENTIAL 
• Must be confident to answer and make calls to clients- ESSENTIAL
