Operations Manager - Based in Kent - up to £78,000 + Benefits - Ref 1659

I am currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to work for a leading specialist Building Surveying Company based in kent. Salary up to £78,000 + Benefits depending on skills and experience.

The organisation has been in operation for over 25 years and are leaders within the Building Surveying sector. They have 4 offices in the UK, employing some of the best Surveyors, Project Managers, Engineers, and Technical Specialists.

To support the growth of the business and to be able to deal with the amount of work they have ongoing a new role has come to fruition and they have the need to appoint an Operations Manager on a permanent basis.

In this role as an Operations Manager, you will be required to Explain various types of defects found across Residential and High-Rise buildings to ensure Surveyors can then be passed this information to provide detailed reports and clear remedial solutions. In addition to this you will be required to manage and liaise with clients demonstrating clear and thought out defect solutions and address any enquires or concerns. As this is a Managerial role you will be required to manage teams and work loads to ensure fees targets are met as well as completion of projects are on time.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 Years experience
• Chartered (MRCIS or MCIOB)
• Residential Surveying Bias
• Managerial experience of fee invoicing and be able to co ordinate with the finance team
• Contract Admin Experience

Desirable:

• High Rise Buildings
