Position: Lettings Negotiator
Basic Salary: £19K OTE: £50,000 
Car: BMW Company car or 3K car allowance 
Hours/Days: 5 days per week, working every saturday with an extra day off in the week 9-6:30 Monday - Fridays Saturdays 9 - 4


Our client, a multi branch market leader within South West London, is currently recruiting for an Lettings Negotiator to Join one of their high performance branches in Wimbledon.
With good stock levels, property values and a leading share of the local market, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a highly reputable and successful brand and further develop their career and increase their earning potential.


Candidate Specification:
Applicants for the Lettings Negotiator position should meet the following criteria

  • Have a minimum of 2 years plus experience in residential lettings
  • Be familiar with the London borough of Merton
  • Have a full UK Drivers Licence
  • Have exceptional personal presentation
  • Be confident and articulate
  • Be an excellent communicator

Job description:
The Lettings Negotiator shall be responsible for;

  • Contribute to business growth by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Conduct viewings, negotiate terms, and secure tenants.
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing high-quality service.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
