What will the Support Worker role look like for you?
You will promote life skills, independence and education for people with a diverse range of needs this may involve Autism, ABI, challenging behaviours, learning/physical disabilities and elderly.

Due to the needs of the people, we support you may be required to assist with aspects such as personal care, eating and daily tasks. Additional to that you will have the opportunity to encourage and accompany the people we support to things such as boat trips, shopping, bowling, Disney marathons, days out and so much more!

What we are looking for in the Support Worker:
cliché – however we really are looking for people who care! We believe the qualities of a great Support Worker are being empathetic, supportive, resilient, respectful and courageous and that is all you will need to succeed within this role.

You will be required to drive therefore a full UK's Drivers License is essential.
