Estimator – RC Frame, Groundwork & Data Centres
Location - Hackney - Office Based
£75,000 - £120,000 (DOE)
Full Time, Permanent Position
About the company
Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in RC Frame work, groundworks, and data centres. Our client's expertise spans a wide range of commercial and industrial projects, from large-scale developments to structural alternations.
About the Role
As the Estimator, you will be involved in and responsible for dealing with clients pre and post sales, upfront involvement in multiple projects for work winning with other team members and providing cost advice and delivering quality tender submissions. In the role you will undertake estimating and commercial activities during the tendering and precontract process through to handover to the project delivery team, ensuring a seamless handover between work winning and project delivery.
About the requirements
- Experience with a Groundwork / RC Frame estimating
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proven track record of winning RC Frame and Groundwork packages
- Working knowledge of various forms of contract
About the Benefits and Rewards
Salary range of £75,000 - £120,000 per annum depending on experience.
