Your new company
We have an opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a leading FM provider on the Planned Maintenance division. You will be covering various areas within Reading, delivering support to tenants on a social housing contract.
Your New Role
- Set up, undertake and manage the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites.
- Attend regular client representative and tenant meetings to ensure highest level of customer service is always provided.
- Manage the Tenant’s Complaints procedures as a point of escalation.
- Maintain and update the on-site Database to reflect on-going works.
What you need to succeed
- You will need a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organisational skills and a successful background with managing a workload across planned maintenance.
- The ability to work effectively in a team with a 'can do' approach.
- Social housing background is preferable.
- UK Driving lisence is required due to the field based nature of the role
