Ecommerce Admin - eBay - £25,000 - £30,000 - Dorking

We have an opportunity available with a valued client of ours that sits within their Ecommerce team. The business is growing and has a great reputation.

The main purpose of the role is:

This key role within Ecommerce is to provide full ownership of the company's presence and sales on eBay. The role involves contact with customers, internal departments, and sometimes freight suppliers, shipping agents. Responsibilities will be structured around regular duties and deadlines that will be set by the manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Data processing of content online.
  • Researching information through search engines to obtain and collate information.
  • Quality checks on digital content.
  • Assist the digital team in creation of content.
  • Writing engaging and factual copy to go alongside company imagery.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.
  • Posting and managing the complete eBay sales and advertising process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in an eBay centric role, where you understand how to use the platform as a business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with couriers and customers.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
