*** ‘Good’ school based in Wolverhampton
*** 1:1 and small group English support at KS3 & KS4
 
For this role you must have a minimum of a degree, a strong understanding of the English language and literature curriculum. You must be confident and well-spoken to be able to assure that the students receive clear and understanding instructions. The ideal candidate must be eager to pursue a career in education and to look forward to future prospects.
 
This English Graduate Teaching Assistant role will be a vital role in helping the underachieving students to reach their potential and achieve their targets. You will be solely focussing on supporting and educating small groups of students. You will be using the lesson plans created for you and making sure the students are clear on their task at hand. Working in a 1:1 or small group basis is vital for the students learning as there could be many factors as to why they need this opportunity, so its key to have a supportive and encouraging personality.
