Role Overview:

We are seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to join our Industrial Extraction Division. Reporting directly to the General Manager, your primary role will be to drive sales of COSHH LEV testing, servicing, breakdowns, repairs, and remedial works from both existing and new customers across various industrial and educational backgrounds. You will build and maintain strong relationships with our customers while sharing our core values and demonstrating the required qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales of aftermarket products and services within the UK to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Handle sales enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Manage external sales calls and general enquiries.
  • Create quotations using standard company templates.
  • Maintain profitability by working to a set GP.
  • Collaborate with sales, installation engineers, and clients to ensure team cohesion.
  • Schedule work effectively using the Schedule-It works calendar.
  • Produce RAMS using company templates.
  • Regularly update sales reporting templates and databases.
  • Represent and promote the company at industry exhibitions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Proficient with MS Office programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Strong decision-making skills.

Benefits & Salary:

  • Competitive salary based on experience, with a commission structure included.
  • Standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
  • Full-time, office-based role, with occasional home working allowed for private appointments at the management’s discretion.
