Marketing Manager - SaaS for Social Housing

c. £60k basic salary (DoE), discretionary bonus, contributary pension, remote working

Ideally South-East based, M25 / M4 / M3 / M23

This is a newly created Marketing Manager vacancy for a software solutions provider that operates in the Social Housing sector.

Their solutions enable Housing Associations to connect with customers and teams, streamline business processes, enhance customer service and generate meaningful insights from data across the organisation.

The Role:

This business is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can take their marketing strategy to the ‘next level’. You will be responsible for a multi-channel marketing strategy including email, webinar, trade shows, social, SEO and more. You will also be responsible for growing the company brand, helping create more awareness and positioning the business as a leader in Social Housing software solutions. You will be working with experienced IT consulting and sales professionals in a highly collaborative environment that will help you personally succeed in this role. Responsibilities

· Reporting to the CEO

· Ownership and development of the Marketing strategy focusing on brand, communications, awareness, demand generation, customer facing events and partner relationships.

· Management, design and content creation for the website. Responsibility for the web design agency.

· Running product webinars; responsible for customer engagement, content creation and follow ups.

· Email marketing strategy, both new and existing customers (e.g. planning, building, scheduling, execution). Be the subject expert for marketing automation and best practices.

· Social Media content creation and overarching strategy.

· Plan and implement lead generation campaigns in line with sales and marketing objectives and KPIs and ensure that ROI is maximized from all campaign activity.

· Own day-to-day coordination of marketing email campaigns

· Support logistics for events and trade shows, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials and pre and post event promotions and post-show reporting.

Coordinate exhibit set-up, equipment and other related requirements.

· Work with the sales and customer success teams to identify potential case studies

· Provide sales support for Dynamics CRM management

· Work with the Senior Management Team to ensure marketing follows all processes and approvals

· Lead on the overall branding of the company and ensure all guidelines are being followed.

· Create, plan and manage compelling collateral including advertisement, brochures, email campaigns, case studies, social posts, product booklets, sales sheets, marketing booklets, monthly newsletter, trade show materials and booth design, etc.

· Create, execute, and manage digital campaigns on LinkedIn and Google. Report results and changes/recommendations weekly to management.

· Support management with product related marketing requested including surveys, customer feedback forms and more

· Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.

· Data mine potential prospects using LinkedIn, Zoominfo, MS Dynamics CRM and other resources

· Assist with the analysis of marketing data, including campaign results, social media stats, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns

Requirements:

· Relevant bachelor’s degree/certifications & accreditations and/or equivalent

· 3 - 7 years of experience in software or technical services B2B marketing

· Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM software, and all social media platforms

· Likely have experience in one or more venture backed, entrepreneurial technology business

· Have a proven track record of building a demand generation set of processes – with a particular knowledge, passion and track record of successful digital demand generation

· Have a passion for being part of an exciting and dynamic high growth company

· Demonstrate a passion for knowledge and continual development/career progression

· Happy to travel to company meetings (weekly), customer exhibitions and events (quarterly) and overseas partner conferences (annual).

Preferred Skills and Background:

· Marketing experience in a company providing technology or software into the Public Sector

· Proficient at leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, social media, and campaigns.

· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) and ClickDimensions (email marketing), is advantageous – but open to similar products

· Can do, proactive attitude

· Strong project management skills to keep projects on schedule

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail

· Ability to think creatively and innovatively

· Analytical skills to identify trends and suggest changes

· Ability to work under tight deadlines, navigate competing priorities, and effectively adjust work plans to respond to emerging challenges or opportunities.
