Job Title: Sales Team Manager - Call Centre
Location: Exchange Quay, Manchester - 100% office based
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm
Salary: £35k realistic OTE £55k per annum

Search Manchester are working alongside a growing market leading company who are based in the Exchange Quay area. As a leading player in their industry, they pride themselves on our innovative approach and commitment to excellence. They are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Team Manager to join their team and drive the sales team to new heights.

As a Sales Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the business. You will be responsible for leading a team of 12 sales professionals, guiding them to achieve and exceed their targets. Your primary focus will be on fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring consistency in sales processes, and empowering individuals to achieve overall team success.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Team Manager:

* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 12 sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions, providing constructive feedback and development plans to enhance individual performance.
* Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
* Ensure consistency in sales processes, policies, and procedures within the department.
* Foster a positive and competitive team environment, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Analysing sales data and metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications and Experience of a Sales Team Manager:

* Proven experience in managing sales teams, preferably within a call centre telesales environment.
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a record of developing high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyse data and metrics to drive performance improvements.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
