Construction Quality Manager

*Also would consider Project Managers who are experienced in quality management.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Quality Manager to join our client, a leading UK based construction company on site, for an approx. 7 month temporary contract.

As the Construction Quality Manager you will be responsible for site quality and compliance ensuring the construction work meets required quality standards.

Key responsibilities as Construction Quality Manager:

  • Inspect completed works, review project specifications, and coordinate with the site management team to ensure compliance with building requirements and regulations.
  • Address any deficiencies or issues that arise during construction and report them via the relevant chain.
  • Quality control, regular reviews with the Construction Managers and the wider project team.

Requirements as Construction Quality Manager:

  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. (Preferable not essential)
  • H&S Savvy
  • Ideally experience working for a MMC & for a Tier 1 main contractor, on educational scheme builds.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience in a similar Quality/Project management environment.
  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft Software & BIM 360

Salary: £400 - £425 Per Day (dependant on experience)
