Job Role: Residential Surveyor
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per year + car allowance
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Our client is a high-growth independent property & asset management consultancy, due to increasing client demand, they are currently looking to add a Residential Surveyor to the team on a full time, permanent basis.

Our client is a high-growth independent property & asset management consultancy, due to increasing client demand, they are currently looking to add a Residential Surveyor to the team on a full time, permanent basis.
Your Main Tasks:
- You should be an MRICS or FRICS Chartered Surveyor.
- Handle mortgage valuations and other types like matrimonial, probate, etc.
- Conduct Disrepair Surveys, Level 2 (HomeBuyers), and Level 3 (Building Condition) surveys.
- Visit properties, inspect sites, and create detailed reports using software and free text, especially for Building Condition Surveys.
- At least two years post-qualification experience.
- Skilled in conducting Level 1, 2, and 3 residential surveys for private clients or lenders.
- Familiar with tablet tech for note-taking, Quest software, RightMove Surveyor Comparable tool, and BCIS reinstatement valuation.
- Experience in mortgage valuations, Red Book valuations for residential property, RICS Level 2 and 3 Surveys, and Disrepair Surveys.
- Experience with development appraisals, Party Wall Awards, and project management.
- MRICS or FRICS (highly desirable)
