Position Overview: The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing the delivery of services to our clients, ensuring that all service agreements are met with high standards. This role involves coordinating between clients, service teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring adherence to service agreements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular service reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Handle escalations and resolve service delivery issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a service delivery or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
