As a Multi Skilled Engineer you will collaborate with colleagues to inspire customer satisfaction and best in class service delivery at all times. Be an ambassador of a one team approach within the technical operations team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for servicing and maintaining all types of work undertaken within Service Level Agreements. Multi skilled with electrical core competence.
- Maintaining and repairing all building services equipment, which may include motor control panels, PAT testing, distribution systems, single and three-phase switchgear, small power and lighting, emergency lighting systems, emergency power systems.
- To be fully conversant with electrical isolation and test requirements
- Service and maintain plant and equipment associated with building services systems.
- Active involvement in day-to-day operations of building services plant and equipment.
- Fault finding on building services equipment.
- Carry out/assist in all minor new works including system installations and refurbishments as required.
- Carry out basic maintenance on electrical distribution systems, lighting, hot and cold water systems, and plumbing services
- including knowledge of water hygiene.
- Prepare detailed reports/technical. Communications on work carried out and submit to contracts manager/client as required.
- 5+ years experience in a similar building environment
- Either a mechanical OR electrical biased.
- Broad technical knowledge and understanding of FM and building systems
- Relevant qualification in Electrical field
- H&S qualification – IOSH
