Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee import and export processes in the horticulture sector.
  • Utilise DEFRA systems for documentation and procedures.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and manage road freight.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and customs clearances.
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams for timely deliveries.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of logistical processes and systems.

Required

  • Proven experience in the horticultural sector with import/export activities.
  • Working knowledge of DEFRA systems.
  • Experience in freight forwarding and road freight.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
