The Assistant Building Surveyors' role
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will join a vibrant and collaborative team, immersing themselves in a diverse array of projects. These include exciting ventures across the industrial, hotel, leisure, residential, retail, and public sectors.
The role will involve delivering a wide range of professional services such as contract administration, dilapidations, party wall matters, defect analysis, technical compliance, and specification writing.
As the new Assistant Building Surveyor, you'll benefit from comprehensive day-to-day support tailored to foster both personal and professional growth, including full APC training and support.
The Assistant Building Surveyor
- A BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
- Keen to complete APC
- A driven and ambitious individual
- Strong teamwork skills
