Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their Display UK business in Wetherby. They are looking for a team player with the ability to coordinate in a demanding customer-facing environment. Working as a key member of the Project Management team you will be responsible for new business and intercompany trading support as well as account/admin support for major customers.

Key job requirements 

  • Receive and coordinate customer POS Display project requirements.
  • Manage the project's progression from concept and sample approval through to delivery.
  • Manage all questions and queries from customers and Account Managers, collate information, and solve problems and issues.
  • Coordinate actions and liaise with other departments (Production, Design, Studio, Finance, etc.) to meet customer deadlines.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage a variety of projects at the same time.
  • Ability to coordinate with others about customer activity.

Person Specification 

  • Knowledge and experience in Project Management are preferable.
  • Ability to work in a demanding customer-facing role, delivering against agreed deadlines and priorities with attention to detail.
  • Numerate, a good team player, proficient in using Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. literate.
  • Desire to provide exceptional levels of service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and judgement of communication methods applicable to individual circumstances.
  • A good education standard is required. Some experience in Customer Service is beneficial.
  • Being calm under pressure, managing multiple tasks, prioritising, and meeting targets. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high level of numeracy.
  • Being able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
  • An ability to act within the company's values, respect, integrity, and authenticity.
