Smile Education are delighted to be working with a vibrant school based in south Birmingham. We are currently seeking a Year 3 Class Teacher to join the team from September 2024.
We are currently seeking a Year 3 Class Teacher to join this friendly team from September 2024 until the end of the academic year. The successful applicant will be carrying out all usual roles and responsibilities associated with a class teaching position, including marking and planning. There is a primary focus on English and Reading within the role, Teachers with a passion for these subjects are particularly encouraged to apply.
This is a fantastic role within a busy and supporting primary school environment. The school is located in south Birmingham, within proximity to Balsall Heath, Highgate, Sparkhill and Birmingham City Centre. The expected salary range is between £150- 200 per day, depending on experience.
What to expect from applicants?
We would like applicants to hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Both early career teachers and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply. This is an exciting role with potential for career growth and progression, with pathways into middle leadership in place.

To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Available to work on a full-time basis Monday to Friday
  • Dedicated to delivering engaging lessons through a broad and all encompassing curriculum
