We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, a Warranty Technician to join their existing team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Technical Support team in the role of Warranty Technician. Based in Darlington and reporting to the Technical Support Supervisor, the position is responsible for after sales warranty and technical support for all brands in the company's portfolio. Working alongside the existing team you will be responsible for providing market leading level of technical customer service to retailers, end consumers and internally via phone, Zendesk and email. The role involves accurately recording returns data using Microsoft Excel, Zendesk and manufacturers claim portals. You will need to be organised, IT literate and customer service focused. 

The ideal candidate will come from a Customer Services / Customer Care Background, have experience with Excel, Outlook and be competent working with computers and other technology, have experience of working to deadlines and have excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate data.
