Project Manager (Rail)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work with our client based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire! Our client is a main contractor and looking for project managers with NWR and SISS experience to join the team on a long term, ongoing project.

Base Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire

Role: Contract or Permanent options available

Salary/Rate: Negotiable DOE

You will be responsible for:

• Leading teams to ensure completion of works; inclusive of planning and allocating works, status reports and labour management
• Manage and report costs, schedule and technical performance.
• Attending meetings and site visits
• Prepare and maintain risk plans and contingency budgets. Liaise with other departments within the business
• Develop key relationships with internal colleagues, the customer, stakeholders and the work force
• Manage and monitor the workforce clearance, tickets and H&S whilst on site.
• Adhoc duties as required
   

For this role, you will need:

• Previous working experience as a PM with Network Rail background
• Relevant qualifications such as APMP or Prince 2
• Valid Sentinel PTS with a good working understanding of NWR rules and regulations, Health and safety etc
• Experience in project and risk management
• Good Knowledge and experience of SISS
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure
