Business Development Manager – Homebased

Location:  Homebased with UK wide travel
Salary: Circa. £60,000 basic, OTE £100,000 + benefits
Contract: Full time, Permanent

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be working with clients and our internal teams to identify and secure new business growth in existing and new accounts across the Pharma, Med Tech and Bio Tech industries.

You will be responsible for:

  • Client meetings, face to face, teams, telephone to drive new business and renewals.
  • Building an accurate and true pipeline.
  • Delivering sales in line with monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to drive cross product sales.
  • Developing a clear understanding of client goals and strategies, as well as maintaining market & industry knowledge.
  • Maintaining accurate Salesforce records.
  • Creating compelling proposals.
  • Working with our Product and Marketing teams to influence strategies, campaigns and product development.
  • Working with our delivery team to ensure timely delivery of reports.
  • Supervising client satisfaction and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Attending relevant external events.

In order to be successful in this role you must have:

  • Proven business development skills within a SaaS sales environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering and exceeding sales targets, and securing new business.
  • A current driving license and the ability to travel UK wide as needed.

In order to be successful in this role it would be great if you had:

  • Experience within Pharma/Healthcare/Medtech markets.
