My client are a leading Painting/Decorating and Property Maintenance Contractor operating throughout the UK. They have delivered over £100M in projects for major public and private sector clients offering a full range of services from commercial and industrial painting through to property maintenance solutions.

They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team, based in Nottingham.

As the Quantity Surveyor, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare CVR reports and forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve margins.
  • Manage costs effectively.
  • Measure, price, and evaluate tenders.
  • Administer and manage sub-contractor accounts.
  • Supervise other surveyors on commercial matters.
  • Produce and submit applications for payment.
