Job Title: BMS Commissioning Engineer

Location: North West England

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Are you an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team in the North West, working on cutting-edge Building Management Systems (BMS) projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Commission, coordinate, and complete the installation of BMS systems within set timescales, budgetary constraints, and in accordance with customers’ requirements.
• Conduct functional testing and verification of BMS components and software.
• Assist the project team with the development of project documentation and software, including DOP’s, plant and point schedules, network design, and BMS controller software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the commissioning process.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Familiar with panel wiring and schematic diagrams.
• An effective communicator with colleagues, contractors, and customers.
• Extensive knowledge of Siemens systems; familiarity with other BMS systems preferred but not essential, with training available.
• A proven track record of excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel and be flexible to the needs of the business.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
