A lovely small European Bank is seeking a dynamic individual who is a very capable multi-tasker.
Your duties will include:
- Providing full office administration and facilities assistance to the London branch
- Liaising with suppliers/contractors
- Managing employee onboarding/offboarding
- Handling Health and Safety compliance
- Coordinating office refurbishment & seating
- Coordinating visa processes for interns
- Maintaining data base records re training
Your experience must include:
- Proven relevant office management skills gained within banking/investment management/finance
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral to liaise at all levels both internally/externally to the Bank
- Strong IT skills
Please note this role will initially be for 12 months with potential to extend.
