Press Brake Operator

My well established client are a busy subcontractor specializing in sheet metal and fabrication in Telford, They are seeking a Press Brake Setter / Operator for the night shift.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings.
- Essential experience in setting and operating CNC Press Brakes.
- Familiarity with Amada/Coastone machines is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in both operating and setting Press Brakes. Candidates without this experience need not apply.
Night Shift Schedule:
- 48 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 4:30 PM - 5:00 AM
Compensation:
- £13.50 per hour for the first 39 hours
- 1.33x pay rate for the remaining 9 hours
- Equivalent to an annual salary of £38,400
- Monthly attendance bonus up to £60
- Overtime available but not required
Additional Information:
- Full training provided with opportunities for development, requiring prior relevant knowledge.
- Bank holidays off and Christmas shutdown.
