Senior / Design Manager – Civils – Glasgow – Up to £75k DOE, Bonus (Up to 10%,) Car / Car Allowance, Private Healthcare
First Task Professional are currently partnering with a key client (Principal Contractor) who are gearing up for an extremely busy 3–4-year period. They have a varied and stacked pipeline of work covering projects across multiple sectors including power, highways, active travel, flood defence, rail and several others in both the public and private sector.
As such they have a requirement for a Civils biased individual with a design background to work in a design management capacity, they are open to the background the candidates comes from- previous experience in design management or straight from a consultancy will be considered. The key component here is having a strong understanding of the design phases of Civil Engineering / Infrastructure projects.
The role operates on a hybrid working model with an enticing package to attract the top calibre of candidates.
The role would suit an experienced design manager looking to move into a senior title, OR a good design engineer who fancies “moving to the dark side.”
