Field Service Engineer – Nationwide Service Provider – North Yorkshire / North East – Salary: £30,660 + door to door + overtime = £40k - £50k + Company Van + Tools + Workwear + Training

As Field Service Engineer you will carry out both planned and unplanned service and breakdown repair service to the customer base throughout North Yorkshire and the North East and will work on a 4 on / 4 off shift basis which will include weekends and bank holidays.

You will be qualified to NVQ level or above in mechanical engineering, be comfortable using mechanical hand tools and have some experience of working on the service, repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment.

Experience of working on heavy vehicle plant, machinery, forklift trucks, agricultural machinery, road sweepers, powered access or similar equipment as well as an understanding of hydraulics and fault-finding electrics is desirable as training can be provided.
