About the role

The HR Operations Manager is a pivotal role within HR, ensuring our employees receive the best possible service first time and our manager know how to support themselves and their teams.
The HR Operations Manager provides leadership of the HR Operations team and On-boarding & Compliance team so that as part of the wider HR team we are all providing the best possible service.
The HR Operations Manager provides proactive, future focused leadership, setting the team up for successful delivery of service level agreements through utilisation of technology and management of workload.
The team provides a professional, high quality, accurate customer focused HR Support Service to all our customer groups which is fully compliant with regulatory, legislative, HMRC and local council requirements.
These services delivered by this team are high volume, high demand, sometimes complex and can involve all members of the HR Team.

You have excellent planning and organising skills, can act with pace and adapt priorities as required to support the wider HR team.
You have excellent stakeholder management skills and enjoy working in partnership across the HR functions.
