An exciting opportunity has arisen for Proposals Manager in Birmingham/Derby.

Role:

The successful candidate will be play a key role in the Alstom UK & Ireland Digital and Integrated Systems and will be responsible for managing the production of high quality proposals and marketing literature with the ultimate success of winning bids

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work closely with the core team on tender proposals formulating an excellent, well thought out proposal which encapsulates the client's vision
• Manage the proposal review process with key milestones, ensuring consistent win themes throughout
• Actively participate in lessons learnt sessions to recognise best practices and improve where appropriate
• Maintain the BD&T reference library

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Communication or Business related discipline
• Proven ability to plan, produce and deliver winning proposals
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Strong interpersonal, communications and leadership skills

Desirable:

• APMP/Shipley certification or similar (or studying towards)
• Working with international teams
• Proficient user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
