My client are a global manufacturer who have a long standing reputation committed to innovation and they are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join there team
Your responsibilities in the role
- Works with moderate work direction
- Identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving.
- Worker processes orders,
- prepares correspondence
- Fulfils customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within a similar role.
