Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Fullwood, Preston
Pay rate: £29,500 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Shift and schedule: Monday-Sunday, 2 days in, 4 days off. 48 hour shifts
Priority Recruitment are excited to present this brand-new opportunity for a Team Leader in a children’s residential home in Preston. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and support a team looking after a group of young people aged 7-17 who have behavioural and emotional issues.
We are searching for an experienced Team Leader with a minimum of Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification who shares our belief that disability is not a barrier and doesn’t have to stop anyone from living their best life and enjoying new and varied experiences.
Salary & Benefits:

Client and Role:
Our client has a brand new children’s residential home with residents aged 7-17 who have behavioural and emotional issues.
The aim of the home is to help the residents develop and maintain the necessary social and living skills to enjoy a fulfilling life whilst ensuring their physical and emotional care needs are also met.
The role includes acting as leader, role model and coordinator of shifts and fully deputising for the Managers in their absence.
Leading and inspiring a staff team and take responsibility of their training, development, supervisions, and rotas.
Being a positive role model to the children and young people.
Delivering the Children’s Standards in the home.
Successful Applicant:
Must have previous supervisory experience in a residential childcare setting.
A minimum of Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification
