Container - Logistics Supervisor - £46k per year

Venatu Recruitment is partnering with our client in Essex to hire a Container Logistics Supervisor to lead and inspire a skilled team of container control clerks and manage all office responsibilities. As the Container Logistics Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Container Depot Manager to manage the daily operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in a high-performance, operationally focused environment.

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

• Supervisor a team of Container Control Clerks
• Gate control
• Manage container stocks
• Implement and audit health and safety policies.
• Reporting
• Build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Support recruitment
• Lead performance management activities.

Ideally, 3 years experience in a Container Depo site
