Due to rapid growth, they are seeking an E-commerce Manager to develop compelling value propositions, enhancing customer engagement, manage digital campaigns and drive new business.

Day-to-day responsibilities for this E-commerce Manager:

  • Develop and implement E-commerce strategies to drive online sales and improve user experience.
  • Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of the ecommerce website.
  • Utilise web analytics tools to monitor site performance and user behaviour.
  • Enhance the online customer journey through personalisation and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Develop and manage the ecommerce and digital marketing budget.

About you:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
  • Strong track record of managing and growing e-commerce channels.
  • Expertise in analytics and AdWords management at a P&L level.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce.
