The Role: As an HR Advisor, you will be at the heart of operations, supporting a diverse team of blue-collar workers. This role is on-site, Monday to Friday, ensuring you're fully immersed in the team and operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Employee Relations (ER): Managing ER cases and providing expert guidance.
• Investigations: Conducting thorough investigations to ensure a fair workplace.
• Project Management: Leading HR projects that drive positive change.
• Change Management: Supporting the business through periods of transformation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience dealing with ER, investigations, and project/change management.
• Proven track record of working with a large number of blue-collar workers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
