Senior Recruitment Consultant – Commercial
Liverpool
Salary up to £35000 basic plus uncapped bonus scheme
Our client has an exceptionally successful branch network and is now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant for their Liverpool branch.
The role:
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the commercial sector, leveraging existing client relationships and generating new business leads.
- Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients to place candidates into workplaces.
- Plan to meet the future recruitment needs of Commercial clients
- Be adaptable to the needs of clients
- Be able to work to deadlines and think out of the box to overcome any problems which may occur
Requirements:
Proven track record within permanent commercial recruitment sector
A full driving license is required
Experience building and maintaining relationships
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Self-starter, with problem solving skills
