The role

Vision for Education are looking for reliable and committed people who are looking to build a career in working in schools, as a Teaching Assistant. We are offering a set number of places for our National Teaching Assistant programme in September 2024.

You will receive training and support and in the final stage be offered a 5-day placement working within a secondary school or college in Lincoln. Once you have completed the placement, we will be able to offer you either day to day, short term, or long-term TA work. This is a great opportunity for someone who has always wanted to work as a TA but never had the hands-on experience of working within a school.

Requirements
To be considered for the position of Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will:

A passion to work in education.

Availability to complete a paid placement in a school.

A commitment to undertake the training programme.

Readiness to start working as a TA with us on completion of the programme.
