The role of M&E Quality Assessor is crucial in the progression and completion of the development. The successful candidate will be instrumental in monitoring the project's program, collaborating closely with electrical and mechanical supervisors to certify and facilitate the on time handover of corridors, risers and apartments prior to ceiling closures etc. This vital function ensures that all work meets the exacting standards required for a successful build.

A competitive remuneration package awaits the right candidate. For those preferring a PAYE structure, a rate of £23 per hour is on offer, along with travel expenses, 24 days of annual leave, and a pension scheme to support your future. Alternatively, for individuals seeking the flexibility of a CIS arrangement, a day rate of up to £260 is available.

The role demands a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities include the preparation of handover documentation, the creation of comprehensive photo logs, and the proficient use of the client's system, Fieldview, to keep all stakeholders informed.

Candidates should possess a robust background in mechanical / electrical systems within the construction sector, demonstrating a track record of quality assurance and compliance. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
