As our client continues to expand, we are seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team and assist them in maintaining their high standards of service. Working on-site with the Transport team. 

Job Description:
As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for handling invoices, employee payments, resolving issues, and providing administrative support as needed. Your primary goal will be to ensure a smooth operation of the business requirements. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to invoices and payments
  • Provide accurate information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and general office duties.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure job satisfaction. 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in finance administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
