Our client is a leader in Industrial Automation and Process Control technology. With a focus on temperature control and data acquisition our client offer innovative solutions to the Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Healthcare organisations globally.

A bit about the role:

  • Our client is looking to hire a dedicated and results-oriented individual to join their team as a Development Project Manager.
  • The Project Manager will be responsible for the development of new product Evolution projects, with Electronics and Embedded Software.
  • Working closely with the R&D department, you will manage multiple technical projects at once and ensure products are developed on time, and to a high standard.
  • The successful candidate will lead their project team using both waterfall, hybrid & Lean/Agile methodologies
  • The Project Manager will be responsible for liaising both the R&D Development & Product Management Leaders to achieve successful project plans

What’s required:

  • Strong electronics and embedded software experience
  • Knowledge of Waterfall methodologies
  • This role is a hybrid position and the successfully candidate needs to be located in distance to Worthing
  • Degree in and Engineering Discipline
  • Experience within Electronics, Software or Mechanics
  • The Development Project Manager will be required to have experience within PMI, PRINCE II, Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
  • Experience working within a ISO9000 TickIT approved processes
  • Strong technical acumen coupled with a keen understanding of business principles and market dynamics
