Are you a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and business development? We are seeking a Field Based Sales Manager to join a dynamic team in Wednesfield, covering mainly the Midlands with Nationwide travel included.

Responsibilities:

* Proactively identify and target new business and driving revenue growth.
* Build strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
* Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business development.
* Collaborate closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, showcasing products and services to prospective clients.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote offerings.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
* Ability to work independently, managing your own schedule and prioritising tasks effectively.
* Full, clean driving licence.
