Role: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Location: Nurseries in Burton upon Trent

Hours: Varying shifts between 7:45 AM - 6:00 PM

Contract Type: Part-time, Full-time, Bank Hours

Pay Rate: From £11.44 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
• Plan and implement engaging and educational activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Observe and assess children’s development and progress
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children

Requirements:

• Level 3 Childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent)
• Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A proactive, enthusiastic approach and a passion for working with children
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
