We are seeking to employ a KS1 class Teacher who has the potential to be outstanding and the drive to make a difference.

GSL Education are actively on the lookout for a dedicated KS1 Teacher to work with one of our Primary Schools in Southampton.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning atmosphere
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

• Resilience and patience
• Teaching Certification (QTS/PGCE)
• In-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education
• Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans
