Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? Our client is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to establish and operate a new children's residential home in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.

As a Registered Manager, you will:

  • Lead the registration process with OFSTED.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with OFSTED standards.
  • Provide strong leadership and management to the staff team.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential home.
  • Ensure the home provides high-quality, child-centred care.
  • Develop and manage the home's budget.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided.

The ideal Registered Manager will have:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role within a children's residential setting.
  • Proven experience with OFSTED registration and inspections.
  • Strong knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
