My client are a UK leading contractor delivering major facades projects throughout the country. They have worked on some of the most illustrious projects in the UK, gaining an excellent reputation for delivering high quality services.

They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business and work on façades projects across the North West area.

As the Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to budget. Your duties will include:

• Reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
• Evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes
• Developing and maintaining procurement schedules.
• Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works to facilitate accurate project pricing.
• CVR reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience of working within the cladding / facades sector
• Degree qualified in quantity surveying/or similar (HNC, etc) (Desirable)
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
