About the role: Are you passionate about making a difference in young learners' lives? We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community in Camden. Application Requirements: 

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. 
• Experience working with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students. 
• Experience with SEN students is highly desirable. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• A proactive and positive attitude. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. 
• Assisting with the planning and preparation of learning activities. 
• Providing one-on-one and small group support to students, including those with SEN. 
• Monitoring and reporting on students' progress and development.
