Job title: Health Visitor

Location: Dagenham

Hours:Mon-Thursday 08:00-16:00

Rates: £25 - £30 per hour

To be considered for this role you need a minimum of 6 months NHS experience within the last 2 years.

DURATION: No longer than 3 months

SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN), Qualification and registered nurse qualification.

RESPONSIBILITIES: All health visiting duties including Safeguarding duties, liaison with agencies and attendance at meetings.

The role will be commencing on the ASAP.

To be considered for this post applicants will need:
* Full NMC registration
* Enhanced DBS
