The School and Role
This large and welcoming secondary academy in Wavertree, Liverpool, is seeking a capable Maths Teacher to join their established team. The position involves teaching Maths to students from KS3 to KS4 and is a full-time role covering maternity leave, beginning in September 2024 and continuing through the end of the academic year. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching Maths up to KS4. The school, which includes a co-educational secondary academy and sixth form, received a 'Good' rating in its most recent Ofsted inspection and offers a variety of extracurricular activities.
Requirements
The desired Teacher will have;
- Hold QTS in the UK
- Experience of working with KS3 and KS4 levels
- Confidence in teaching the current curriculum
- Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
