An international manufacturing company are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their Engineering Team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for maintaining machinery, running diagnostic tests, and updating all service and repair records.
The Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement electrical maintenance plans to prevent breakdowns
- Troubleshooting electrical malfunctions and breakdowns
- Installing new equipment and upgrading existing equipment
- Route cause analysis to eliminate any faults/breakdowns.
- Develop and use SOPs to carry out training for operatives using electrical machinery
Knowledge and Experience
- Time served with hands-on electrical maintenance experience
- Exposure to a COMAH environment would be beneficial, but not essential
- Siemens S7 PLC fault-finding
- Experience working with various voltages – AC and DC.
- Able to read electrical diagrams and drawings.
- Full Driving Licence
