Sales Administrator

Kenect are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Client in Derby working within the Customer Services team. You will be at the dealing with calls and emails directly from our customers, placing their orders on the system, answering queries, and resolving problems to make sure we are delivering the best customer service and experience. You will also have an active role in stock control and stock purchasing and processing supplier invoices
Pay: up to £27,000 depending on experience and skill set.
Schedule: 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Candidate requirements
- A strong passion for customer service
- An excellent telephone manner with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact with our customers
- Enthusiasm and being a great team player
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Good IT, listening and problem-solving skills
- An ability to work at a fast pace and sometimes work to deadlines
- Previous experience in fresh produce or hospitality industry advantage
